Fire stopped
this Web Cam
Due to a severe
fire the night between the 17. and 18. of April,
2007, our offices were damaged, and we
had to move. We don't expect to be back
on this site, at least not for a year or two.
The last picture shot was just before the power
was cut. We can see the firemen and fire trucks
preparing for their work. (

Bildet viser krysset Strandgaten / Oscarsgaten
og er tatt gjennom vinduet hos Folkeuniversitetet. Veien til venstre midt
i bildet er begynnelsen av Hasseløybroen. I bakgrunnen Christiansenhuset
( bygget 1842) og Haraldsgaten. De 2 hvite "strekene" er flaggstenger utenfor
kontorbygget vårt.

This picture is shot through the office
windows of Folkeuniversitetet, showing Christiansenhuset (white, old house)
the northern part of Strandgaten ( left-right in the middle of the picture)
and Oscarsgaten. The mid, left road is where the Hasseløy bridge
starts. All behind we may be able to see traffic in ou main street Haraldsgaten.
