familier, de fleste med små barn, tok seg tid til en Kringsjåtur
søndag. For tradisjonen tro hadde denne populære fjellhytten
besøk av nissen med assistenter som serverte risengrynsgrøt,
vafler mm.
English:
Every year ( since 1993-94), the last
Sunday before christmas, the Friends of Kringsjå have arranged for
a rice porridge celebration. This has become a popular
event, especially for families with small children. Kringsjå
is a mountain hut situated in the Steinsfjellet area, just east of
Eivindsvannet and Djupadalen in Haugesund. Most of the year, it is open
for visitors Sundays between 11AM to 2PM.
