fotgjengeroverganger med brostein i krysset blir knyttet sammen med et
asfaltert område på høyde med fortauskanten, slik at
det hele danner et plattå. Det blir sikkert flott når det står
ferdig om noen uker.
I sørenden av Øvregaten,
ved Revmatismesykehuset, graves det og. Her skal det lages fotgjengerundergang.
Mens arbeidet pågår, har vel mange av oss allerede fått
prøve omkjøringen, som nesten
får oss til å føle at her kommer det en rundkjøring.
Men her skal det altså gå under - og ikke rundt! Det får
være måte på med rundkjøringer.

Yesterday we told you about the changes
in front of the city church. Today we move southwards to the area around
the town hall. Lot of traffic pass in front of it in Skåregaten
(Skåre street). Now they make 3 pedestrian crossings with cobblestones
raised from the road level to force the traffic to reduce speed.
Just behind the town hall, a
new pederstrian subway will make it safe to pass from Øvregaten
to the hospital area. At the moment, the road has
been moved a bit, to make it possible to dig the passage.
