Haugesundsregionens største festival er ikke bare jazz!
Dette nettstedet dekker ikke musikken og innekulturen. Vi legger nok større vekt på opplevelsene absolutt alle kan få med seg mens byen er pyntet til Jazzfest. I dag, torsdag, er det Komlejazz på Røvær. Forlengst utsolgt arrangement forteller noe om pupulariteten til dette arrangementet. I Festiviteten, Maritim Hall, Vår Frelsers kirke, i alle puber, mer eller mindre permanente utesteder og kiosker lyder det jazzmusikk fra til dels verdenskjente, eller bare gode norske og internasjonale jazzgrupper.
 The main festival of Haugesund is more than just Jazz
IThe 2007 Sildajazz festival is on the go. This site give you some photographic impressions of what the visitors meet without going to a consert. Newspapers / websites - and the Sildajazz site (link below), give reports of the fantastic conserts, with world famous, or only norwegian or internationally well known or at least skillful or promising orcestras perform in the many consert places of Haugesund.

Hun ble utnevnt 20. juni, og heter Ann Helen Alvsvåg.
